How to Buy
So that you can make your purchase with complete peace of mind, we explain in 3 simple steps how to do it:
- 1. Search: Find the products from the menu and different categories or use the search bar to go directly to the product page you need.
- 2. Add: Add your products to your shopping cart and access the order summary from the CONFIRM button.
- 3. Confirm: Review your products, fill in the information we ask for, and follow all the steps before confirming your order and click the CONFIRM MY ORDER button.
To pay for your order, you need to register as a customer. You can register at the time of purchase and continue following the steps we indicate to complete the purchasing process.
If you are already a customer, log in to identify yourself and follow the steps we indicate to complete the purchasing process.
Orders resulting from the purchasing process are stored electronically and are always available in your order history: Your account > History and details of my orders.
Through our online store, we provide information about our products and their features with the utmost care and accuracy.
Payment
We offer you different completely secure payment methods, you choose.
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
- Bank transfer.
To pay by credit card, we give you access to a secure space through the payment gateway of our bank, where you can enter your details to make the payment with complete security.
If you choose the bank transfer option, we will send you an email with the details where to make the deposit and the concept you need to enter. You must make the transfer within a period of three business days from when we send you the email.
We do not process any order until we verify that all the details are correct and the payment has been made.
Shipping Conditions
For shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
- FREE on purchases over XX€
- XX€ on purchases under XX€.
For Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are XX€ and for the Canary Islands, XX€.
For shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), orders are delivered on business days.
We consider business days as weekdays from Monday to Friday. Remember that if you place your order on the weekend or a holiday, we won't process it until the next business day.
Returns and Exchange Policy
You have 14 business days to return a product. If you've decided you don't want it, you can return it, but remember it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
We will refund the product amount. The return shipping costs are entirely at your expense.
In case the product you receive is not what you ordered, is not in good condition, or there is any other problem, please contact us within 14 days, by phone or email, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
